A one-day, high-tempo skate designed to get players sharp and confident before the season begins. Players will work on skating, puck skills, shooting, and compete drills in a fun but demanding environment—exactly what they need to shake off the summer rust and head into tryouts and opening weekend ready to go.
The day includes two one-hour on-ice sessions, a strength, speed, and agility workout, and a pro-style video session using NHL game clips to break down the skills players will be working on. Lunch is included.

Three days of professional-level training designed for elite junior, college, and professional players preparing for training camp. Each day includes off-ice speed and quickness work, strength training, and a 90-minute on-ice session built around how NHL players prepare and train. Players will finish each day with a prepared post-workout meal.
Custom BHC Jersey and t-shirt will also be given out to each camper
